Due to the current environment, Fresh World will close our stores at 9 p.m. each night to focus on
sanitizing, stocking, and ensuring the health of our employees. Daily closing will start March 16,
2020 until further notice. We will open at our scheduled time.

We accept the flowing methods of payment
Cash, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Visa-credit or Debit Card, Foodstamp (EBT), WIC (EWIC).

*We do not accept personal checks.

For returns and exchanges, items must be in their original condition and must be with their original receipt. Some items have different return periods:

Meat/Fish/Produce/Dairy/Frozen products :
Must be returned within 24 hours of original purchase.

Grocery/Houseware items :
Must be returned within 7 days of original purchase.

Please bring your receipt to the store and stop by the customer service center and our staff will help correct the mistake.

Fresh World offers $20 gift certificates valid at Fresh World stores.
You can purchase a gift certificate at any Fresh World Customer Service Center

Yes, An ATM machine is available in store near the Customer Service Center area.

Fresh World does not allow pets and other animals inside stores, only service animals are allowed in stores.

We offer online coupons that are available for use in our stores
In order to redeem online coupons, print out the coupon from our site and follow our coupon policy below.

  • We accept two kinds of coupons; Fresh World issued coupons and manufacturer coupons.
  • Coupons will not be accepted beyond their expiration dates.
  • Only one manufacturer coupon and one Fresh World coupon for the same item will be accepted (unless prohibited).
  • All coupons should be given to the cashier during check out and cannot be applied to a previous purchase.
  • We accept all valid Fresh World internet coupons.
  • Only one manufacturer coupon and one Fresh World coupon per item.
  • There is no limit on the number of coupons per transaction.
  • If the value of the coupon is more than the price of the item after discounts or coupons are applied, the value of the coupon will be applied up to the price of the item.
  • We do not apply the excess value of a coupon to the order total if the value of the coupon is over the price of the item after discounts or coupons are applied.
  • Only coupons for products carried in our stores will be accepted.
  • We reserve the right to accept or reject any coupon.
